Bupropion is a noradrenergic and/or dopaminergic Central Nervous System stimulant. Bupropion is a inhibitor of the neuronal reuptake of norepinephrine and dopamine and does not inhibit the reuptake of serotonin. It also has demonstrated anti-inflammatory actions (anti-TNF-α).
